Using FilesPad

FilesPad provides free tools to resize, compress, convert and clean images and PDFs. You may use them for personal and business purposes. Only process files you own or have the right to use. The Unlock PDF tool is for documents whose password you already know.

Exam and portal requirements

We keep our presets in line with published notices, but each organisation can change its rules at any time. You are responsible for checking the official notification before you upload. We cannot guarantee that any portal will accept a file.

Your files

Files are processed on your device and are not sent to us, so we cannot recover a file for you. Keep your original files.

Pro passes

A Pro pass gives access to Pro features for 1 month or 1 year from the moment of purchase, on any of your devices. It does not renew automatically. Pro keys are personal: do not share or sell them. Refunds follow our refund policy.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, FilesPad is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools.
