Questions people ask

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to our server or anyone else. You can even turn off the internet after the page loads.

My file is below the minimum KB. What happens?

We raise the JPG quality first. If it is still too small we add blank data inside the file so it reaches the minimum. The picture looks exactly the same.

Does 1 KB mean 1000 or 1024 bytes?

Portals differ, so we keep your file safely inside the limit under both readings.

The portal still rejects my photo.

Check the exact pixels and KB in your notification, use a plain light background, and try uploading again after logging back in. Portals often time out.
