Refund and cancellation policy

Every tool on FilesPad can be used free of charge. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Pro passes
Pro is sold as a prepaid pass for 1 month or 1 year. It does not renew automatically, so you are never charged again unless you buy another pass. There is nothing to cancel: the pass simply ends on its expiry date.
Refunds
- If Pro does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of buying it and we will refund the full amount.
- Include the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with pay_).
- Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually show them within 5–7 working days.
- After a refund, the Pro key for that payment stops working.
Payment problems
If money left your account but you did not get a Pro key, open the pricing page and use "Lost your key?" with your payment ID. If that does not work, write to us and we will sort it out or refund you.
